The Ever Changing Face of Celebrity Styling
If you were to line up a selection of photos of celebrities from the last 10 years, you would notice one major difference. Aside from the different makeup products and the differing skin conditions – the element which would really stand out would be the changes in hair style.
It seems like the rule of thumb is that prime time celebrities – those who are seen on a regular basis – need to adjust and restyle their hair about once every year to stay fresh. If they fail to do so, they run the risk of becoming “old news” – even though it’s just a matter of physical appearance more than anything else.
Many people would wonder why on earth this is the case. After all, is it really necessary to find a new hair style each and every 12 months? Wouldn’t it just be better to find a good style which suited the individual, and run with that for a decent amount of time?
Apparently not. Let’s take a look at some of the wildest transformations that have taken place in the past – and see who the victims of the hairstyle games are.
Sport Stars
Think of a sport star. Who are you thinking of? Some people will of course reply with “David Beckham”. Yes indeed – this sporty model is responsible for some of the most pronounced hairstyle changes of all time. From long and straight, to short and spiky, and all the way round to dreadlocks – Mr. Beckham never seems to be content with his hairdo.
What’s you opinion? Do you think it’s doing him a favour to continuously change his hairstyle every year or so, or whenever a new event comes up?
This is certainly an individual decision which you will have to make (and a very important one at that!).
Movie Stars / Singers
Who comes to mind in this category? Let’s see:
- Johnny Depp
- Britney Spears
- Orlando Bloom
- Tom Cruise
And the list could continue indefinitely. You’ll notice that everyone here is an A-List celebrity. However, the purpose of this article is not to illustrate how much money these people have, or how open they are to change.
If anything – it is to encourage you to investigate the possibility of a new hair style. One which could indeed be better than the last – easier to style, and more trendy in terms of today’s looks and ideas.
